Stainless Steel Focus magazine published in the March edition an article about L.C.M.A. S.A., its mission and product portfolio’ enlargement.
Strategically located in Luxembourg, L.C.M.A. S.A. is a European producer, processor and distributor of semi-finished products in C.P. titanium and Ti6AI4V titanium alloy for aeronautical, medical, industrial, petro-chemical and other applications. The company has been present on the market since 1996.
With the titanium market growing dynamically worldwide, L.C.M.A. S.A. became a well-established European producer, and today is a part of a vertically integrated international group of companies covering the entire supply chain, from titanium mining through to production of a wide range of titanium products.
The product portfolio of L.C.M.A. S.A. includes titanium bars, titanium ingots, titanium tubes, titanium sheets\plates and titanium welding wire. In addition, the company offers a wide range of value added services such as band sawing, waterjet cutting and CNC turning services to its customers.
In accordance with its strategy of producing 100% of its high quality products in Europe, L.C.M.A. S.A. launched a new products line in Grades 3 and 4 in 2014. The new production completes the portfolio of the company which now covers Grades 1,2,3,4 and 5 in all possible diameters, and in accordance with the international quality standards ISO 9001:2008 and EN9100:2009\AS 9100:2009.
The management at L.C.M.A. S.A. currently anticipates an ongoing increase in demand for European production of titanium and titanium alloys inside the EU and has therefore developed the company into a full-service provider, focusing on on-time delivery, a wide range of services and a wide product portfolio, as well as on stability of supply.
As a European producer, the company says, its aim is to fill the supply gap for titanium products in Europe.
